Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brownbottle Burlap. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy:
Brownbottle Burlap ships to residential or corporate addresses within the continental U.S.A. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please be aware that we do not ship to The Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico due to the size and weight of our products. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel your order if this is your desired shipping destination. FREE SHIPPING only applies to the continental United States.
Shipment method:
We ship all of our wreaths exclusively via UPS Ground. Our smaller products will ship USPS First Class - local orders in Missouri usually arrive next day but some may take up to 3-5 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays and weekends. Shipping of in-stock items will usually ship the next day. Made to order (MTO) items will usually ship in 5 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Everything we sell at Brownbottle Burlap ships for FREE.
Damages:
Brownbottle Burlap, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If an item arrives damaged at your location due to our fault we will replace the item for free but require you to send the damaged item back to us at your cost.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before requesting a return.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We do ship to confirmed APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Fees
Brownbottle Burlap, LLC is not responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship Internationally or to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands or Alaska.
